Reflections allows you to track your laboratory data in whatever way comes naturally to you. You can arrange and rearrange the entire workflow to suite your needs. Do it all from any device with a smooth drag & drop interface.
Our system is based on three main concepts: instrument types, instruments, and parameters. You create instrument types to form groups of similar instruments. Then you add idividual instruments and parameters to track to your groups. Simple.
No two labs have exactly the same instruments, and no labs track the same things from day to day. In addition to organizing your instruments and parameters by group, we allow you to create plans so that you can track different parameters (or different amounts) on different days.
This is accomplished by building custom plans. Plans are essentially "maps" of what you intend to do on different days, and they can be customized and added to later in real-time.
Entering data is a breeze in Reflections. Our data entry wizard guides you through your daily log step-by-step, and it shows you exactly what your overall progress is along the way. It's completely tablet and mobile friendly, so you can just record or dictate data one when you walk around the lab.
Data entry is organized at a high level by instrument type, and instruments and parameters within. Each of these can be sorted and organized in different ways according to your preferences.
The real magic behind Reflections happens in reporting. Right now, you are most likely collecting mountains of data on clipboards and storing it in file binders or boxes to be forgotten. Not only do those boxes take up space in the facility, they also don't give you any actionable insights.
Summary reports will give you an overview of key aspects of your laboratory operations, and you can add a digital signature and save the reports for later. Fluctuation and detail reports provide insight into trends and statistics related to individual instruments and parameters.
